Who I Am

Patrick values the dignity of each unique person, coaching couples and individuals to discover their authentic self, and be comfortable in their own skin. He brings empathy, active listening, as well as curiosity into the therapy space. His calm, non-judgmental, compassionate stance is foundational.

Patrick is a psychotherapist with much lived experience, in a quiet, out of the way office, in downtown Walla Walla. He collaborates with clients to harness their innate resilience. He helps clients expeditiously move beyond painful issues, utilizing evidence-based/peer reviewed interventions. He guides them toward psychological maturity and healthier relationships, discovering the contentment of becoming a solid-flexible self.

Patrick is primarily relational therapist, offering both couples and individual therapy. He utilizes Transgenerational, Object Relations, Brief Solution-focused, Gottman, and Real Life Therapy. He has extensive training in Narrative Therapy as well. These approaches help address real-life problems and find concrete solutions.

Patrick earned a Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University, as well as a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at Regent College (University of British Columbia). Patrick is a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State (LF61649184).
